For babies from 8 months and family
Serve 4
Ingredients:
- 1 Hokkaido pumpkin (approx. 1200g)
- 4 potatoes chopped
- 4 cloves garlic diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 bunch chives chopped as garnish (optional)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
1. Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into chunks (and small cubes for baby)
2. Wash, de-seed pumpkin and cut into chunks (and small cubes for baby)
3. Boil in water until soft
4. Meanwhile saute onion, garlic, leeks, ginger and beef in olive oil on medium heat.
5. Puree half of the cooked vegetables, and leave the rest as small cubes for baby to chew.
6. Add them back into the pot together with the leeks.
7. Add lime juice and simmer for 10 mins.
8. Remove a portion for baby.
9. Add salt and pepper to the rest for the family.
