On 9th August 2019, we started off the day celebrating Singapore's 54th birthday by waking up and changing into our national day attire for the family.
We had the Singaporean "hong dou sha" for breakfast. I made the hong dou sha the night before.

When the kids got home in the afternoon after 3 pm from the kindergarten and activities, we watched the National Day 2019 parade together :-)

Baby FECS got her homemade red bean ice-cream before dinner, as Daddy FECS came home a little late.
We waited for Daddy FECS to come home, and had a simple national day steam boat family dinner together :-)
On 10 August 2019, the day after our national day, we did craft related to Singapore. We colored the Singapore flag using play dough
