Ingredients:
1. 100ml cream (piskefløde)
2. 200g white chocolate
3. 6g matcha powder
Directions:
1. Warm cream on a sauce pan.
2. Add white chocolate and stir until melt and combine.
3. Add in matcha powder and mix well.
4. Cool down and cut into bite-size.
5. Freeze for 3 hours
6. Serve :-)
Additional Information:
Little FECS and I discovered this recipe by accident when we were learning how to make the chocolate filling for matcha tangyuan. Little FECS didn't like the chocolate filling, but loved the matcha filling frozen as matcha chocolate :-) This matcha chocolate tasted really really good!!!
