Coffee Smoothie


Serves 1

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup (250 ml) fresh skimmed milk
2. 1 tsp Nescafe coffee powder
3. 1 tsp flax seeds ground
4. 1 tsp hazelnut butter
5. 1/2 avocado (optional)
6. ¼ cup (25 g) rolled oats (optional)
7. 3 dried dates pitted
8. 3 walnuts chopped (optional)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Additional Information:
I sometimes also add 1/4 cup of skinless chopped almonds.
