Coffee Smoothie

Serves 1

1. 1 cup (250 ml) fresh skimmed milk
2. ¼ cup (25 g) rolled oats (optional)
3. 1 tsp Nescafe coffee powder
4. 1 tsp flax seeds ground
5. 3 walnuts chopped (optional)
6. 1 tsp hazelnut butter
7. 1/2 avocado (optional)
8. 3 dried dates pitted

All the ingredients in the order listed above and blend until smooth.

Additional Information:
I sometimes also add 1/4 cup of skinless chopped almonds.
