1. 1 1/2 banana mashed with fork (Make sure it is ripe, so they will be very sweet) If your bananas are not ripe and sweet enough, you can add maple syrup to sweeten it.
2. 1/3 cup ground oats
3. A handful of chopped walnuts
4. A handful sunflower seeds
5. A handful pumpkin seeds
6. 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
7. 1 tsp wheat germ (optional)
8. 1 tsp brewer's yeast (optional)
Directions:
1. Grind oats in a blender.
2. Mash bananas with fork
3. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
4. Form into balls and coat with walnuts.
5. Serve with a glass of milk :-)
