Homemade Orange Carrot Popsicle

Sorry, the picture only showed two popsicles, as the other two were eaten up by the kids, before I could take a picture :-)

Makes 4 popsicles

Ingredients:

1. 2 oranges
2. 2 carrots

Directions:

1. Juice out the fruits using a juicer (we use Hurom cold-pressed juicer with fine filter setting for juice)
2. Pour into 4 popsicle molds respectively.
3. Freeze in freezer.

Additional Information:

Baby FECS is tired of having orange juice as snack, and has been asking for ice-cream all the time again!!! When we are out, whenever she saw advertisements of ice-creams, she will pester me for it. Just as I was tearing my hair out for healthy snacks ideas, Our Little FECS gave me this idea. He asked why don't we just freeze the orange juice up like an ice-cream? This is actually a very healthy ice-cream. Although the orange juice was frozen, it still tasted really sweet. I was glad I didn't add any sugar.
