I have been asked by a reader for the sequence of introduction to Montessori Maths. I thought I have posted this before, but apparently I have not.
Below is roughly the sequence I follow based on my experience with our Little FECS, but this is just a guide and not casted in stone. Although lessons should be introduced orderly, we should not be too worried about it. Go with your gut feelings and what you feel good about, and everything will fall naturally into place. I frequently revert back-and-fro with repetitions. The words in bold refer to the name of the materials.
