Pumpkin Picking

This was our first time picking our own pumpkins. We were very excited. The plantation is in Greve, south-west of Copenhagen, about 30 mins drive from our place. The weather today was fantastic with sunshine and quite warm, very unlike October in Denmark. It was so beautiful, almost fairy-tale like to see a field full of orange "Cinderella-like" pumpkins!!! Baby FECS was very strong, she went around carrying XL size pumpkins. It cost 35 DKK per pumpkin. We plucked three, the last one was very small, and they charged us 10 DKK instead.

We also picked apples and pears at the same plantation today at 20 DKK per kg. We picked 9 kg of apples and pears.

We will probably repeat this activity next week.
