J's First Canoe Trip

Lyngby Sø (Lyngby Lake) - We set off from Havnehytten

One of the most scenic places to canoe or kayak north of Copenhagen. My Superstar and I used to canoe, before J came along. J is now almost 3 years old, and we brought him for his first canoe trip! He was very excited! We hope to do this once every summer.

One of the most scenic places to canoe or kayak north of Copenhagen. My Superstar and I used to canoe, before J came along. J is now almost 3 years old, and we brought him for his first canoe trip! He was very excited! We hope to do this once every summer. We packed our own sandwiches and water and have it in the canoe, or we usually canoe to a tiny island and have our lunch there.

It is a big scenic lake with connecting lakes to Bagsværd lake, Lyngby Lake and Furesø lake. For those who are pro, it is possible to canoe all the way to the sea at Charlottenlund!

We saw lots of amazingly beautiful water lotus...
