Easy Pan-Fried Chicken Fillets with Wheat Germ


1. packet of chicken fillets
2. 1 tsp of wheat germs
3. 1 tsp flax seeds
4. 1 tsp garlic powder
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. 2 TBS cooking oil for cooking


1. Place chicken fillets on a plate.

2. Sprinkle and coat chicken fillets with wheat germs, flax seeds, salt and pepper.

3. Heat pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and place the sprinkled side facing down.

4. Sprinkle wheat germ, flax seeds, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

5. Once cooked, flip over the other side and cook until golden.

Additional Information:

The chicken fillets can be used to make chicken tortilla wrap (I use chapati for this instead). If your tortilla or chapati is a little hard and crumbly, and don't roll easily, place them in the microwave for 30 seconds. It will come out nice and soft.
