Creamy Black Olive Dip
Serves 2 - 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of black olives (100g)
- 1/2 - 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 TBS olive oil
- Dash of salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Blend olives until smooth with a hand-blender.
2. Stir in olive oil, salt and pepper and serve.
Additional Information:
This is a very delicious and easy to make dip. The Danes eat it with sticks of raw carrots and cucumbers.
