Chinese Stir-fry Mung Bean Sprouts/豆芽

Serve 4

Preparation & Cook Time: 20 minutes


- 200g bean sprouts
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- A handful of mushrooms chopped (can be shitake mushrooms, oyster mushroom, enoki mushrooms, etc.) (optional)
- 100g of meat sliced (optional)
- 1-2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- Dash of salt and pepper (optional)

1. Heat pan with cooking oil and fry garlic until golden.

4. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until fragant.

5. Add meat and stir-fry until cooked.

6. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for a minute.

8. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Additional Information:
I loves this dish. My mum used to make it in Singapore. I am really happy that J loves this dish too :-)
