Avocado Oatmeal Milkshake

Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients:
1. 1 ripe avocado
2. 2 TBS raw oats (optional) (Danish: havregryn)
3. 1 cup skimmed milk (250ml) (Danish: Skummetmælk)
4. 1 tsp honey (or 1/2 a pear as sweetener)

Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients together, fill the cup up with milk and blend well.
2. Serve

Tips:
1. You can add a handful of goji berries or nuts.

Additional Information:
This is currently J's favorite smoothie - he requested for it a few times a week, especially during our try-to-be weekly Sunday Family Meeting Night. Actually he concorted it. He suggested to add oatmeal. I tasted it, and it tasted surprisingly delicious. Oatmeal and avocado go well together. J likes it with goji berries. I prefer it without. You do not have to add oats, it is just an extra.

For convenience, efficiency and ease of washing up, I use mini baby blender, that can be purchased from Korea, Japan or Singapore. But you can use any blender you have, of course.

Get ready all ingredients and blender

It's done - look how creamy it is :-), and it is cream of the healthy type :-)
