Easy Bruschetta/Fettuna

Serves 2

- 4 tomatoes seeded and finely chopped
- A handful of fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped (optional)
- 1 TBS olive oil
- Salt to taste

1. Mix all ingredients and spread on bread.

1. Crush 1 clove of garlic and mix with butter to be spread on bread, before spreading the tomato spread.

2. You can also add ready-cooked shrimps to the tomato mixture.


Additional Information:
We had this as an appetizer two Fridays ago at a Italian restaurant, and inspired me to make it. This is easy to make for lunch or just a quick bite for dinner. We had this for a late lunch today after coming home from the Lyngby City party.
