The Importance of Sleep

There are so many things we want to accomplish in a day. To encourage ourselves to sleep more, one way for me is to list sleep as the biggest accomplishment I could achieve in a day :-) Here is cheers to everyone for sweet sleep and good health :-)

Btw, the video forgot to mention that for women, sleep is the best beauty treatment :-) Forget about expensive facial and cream, get the sleep- It is cheap and good :-)
