Ingredients:
1. 2 chicken thighs
2. 1.5 litre of water
Directions:
1. Bring to boil 1.5 litre of water.
2. Add in chicken thighs, reduce to low heat (no. 2.5 on my stove) and simmer for 1.5 hour.

You can chicken thighs from Netto Supermarket.
