Pork Stock

Ingredients:
1. 500g of pork bones and/or pork ribs
2. 1.5 litre of water

Directions:
1. Bring to boil 1.5 litre of water.
2. Add in pork bones/ribs, reduce to low heat (no. 2.5 on my stove) and simmer for 1 hour.

Additional Information:
I usually prepare my stock early in the morning. I can then use it for any soup I fancy to make later in the day. Click here for chicken stock.

You can buy pork bones and pork ribs from Føtex Supermarket for approx. 20 DKK for 1kg.

Bring to boil a pot of 1.5 litre of water.

Add pork bone/rib, reduce to low heat (no. 2.5 on my stove) and simmer for 1 hour.

Now it's done :-)
