Chicken Stock


Ingredients:
1. 2 chicken thighs
2. 1.5 litre of water

Directions:
1. Bring to boil 1.5 litre of water.
2. Add in chicken thighs, reduce to low heat (no. 2.5 on my stove) and simmer for 1.5 hour.

Additional Information:
I usually prepare my stock early in the morning. I can then use it for any soup I fancy to make later in the day. Click here for pork stock.

You can chicken thighs from Netto Supermarket.

Add chicken thighs, reduce to low heat (no. 2.5 on my stove) and simmer for 1.5 hour.
