Montessori Time:
For Montessori Time today, we worked on jigsaw puzzles instead. Joshua used not to be too keen on jigsaw puzzles. But I have been gently encouraging him and looking out for jigsaw puzzles that would attract him as I think playing with jigsaw puzzles is good training for the brain. I am very glad to have found them from Orchard Toys. They won Joshua over with their rich colours and illustrations and are very well-made.
This farm set is new, and Joshua spent majority of the School Time today putting them together and taking them apart, three rounds altogether. He was able to complete the puzzle with much concentration now, to my delight. I highly recommend Orchard Toys jigsaw puzzles.
He asked to work on the jungle puzzle after that and completed it. All in all, this whole session took 45 minutes. He still wants me to be around beside him when he works.

Blanket Time:
We read a book on Babapapa in Chinese.
Desk Time:
We didn't spend a lot of time on Desk Time today, as it was getting late. He wanted more, but we stopped at one page of Chinese worksheet.
