Additional Information:
Now that I am working part-time, I have more energy to think creatively when making meal. Today is my day off, and I am putting more effort into dinner. Since it would be 4.30pm when we would be back from J's piano class, I opted for an easy solution for today's dinner, yet providing another varied way of serving fish in our meal. I bought the Danish fish meat ball from Superbest supermarket. Daddy and J loved it. I will repeat it. It helped with the Japanese sesame sauce and the ketup :-)
