Ingredients:
1. 1 cup fresh skimmed milk
2. 1 tsp flax seeds
3. 1/2 lemon squeezed (optional)
4. 1 tsp ginger finely cut
5. 2 carrots peeled and cut into smaller chunks
6. 2 oranges peeled and cut into smaller chunks
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Additional Information:
If you are using organic carrots, you don't have to peel them. Just wash and cut them. I tried to add oats into it, but it didn't taste good. Thus, I won't include it again next time.
