Vanilla Smoothie - Base Smoothie

Serves 1

1. 1 cup (250 ml) fresh skimmed milk
2. 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
3. 1 tsp flax seeds ground (optional)
4. 2 dried dates pitted

Add all the ingredients in the orde listed above in a blender and blend until smooth.

Additional Information:
Our Little FECS wanted very much to try vanilla smoothie, and asked me to make one for him. After trying it, he said that it was nice for a change, but would still prefer the chocolate smoothie most of the time.

Actually the vanilla smoothie is a good base to start. From here, you can add banana, strawberry or cacao to make different smoothies.
