Makes 3 energy balls
Ingredients:
1. 1 inch piece of banana
2. 1 TBS hazelnut butter homemade or store-bought
3. 1 TBS rolled oats
4. 1 TBS sunflower seeds
5. 1 date (leave a little behind for topping)
6. 1 TBS wheat germ (for coating)
Directions:
1. Mash banana with fork.
2. Combine all ingredients except wheat germ.
3. Form into small balls.
4. Coat with wheat germ.
5. Top with a small piece of date.
6. Leave in fridge for an hour, but if you can't wait, you can also eat it now.
7. Ready to serve :-)

Tried out this today, as I was in search of a sweet but healthy snack.
