Pan-fried Cod Fish
Serves 4
Preparation & Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1. 500g cod fish fillet
2. 1 TBS cooking oil
3. 1 clove garlic chopped
4. Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salt & pepper on the fish.
2. Heat oil on a skillet and fry garlic until golden.
3. Add fish and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
