What do we do with all the apples and pears we pluck or fallen from the garden?


I don't fancy the apple porridge that the Danes adore. J does not have any craving for homemade apple biscuits. Making them into apple tarts takes too much work and are not exactly healthy.

J loves apple chips. So we made them into homemade apple chips No sugar, no flour, no cream, no butter, very simple and easy and super delicious AND gives a wonderful apple scent at home - Home Sweet Home... the scent of childhood to remember... in time to come:-)

1. De-core
2. Slice thinly
3. Dry in oven for 3 hours at 100 degree celsius
