Singapore's way of teaching Maths is gaining recognition around the world. Its students consistently aced the PISA for Maths. Singapore has some interesting and creative way of presenting Maths (although my only complaint is that the books tend to be a little dull in black and white, perhaps to save cost, and thus not so attractive to look at). This is a fun and concrete way of teaching addition that I am using as a supplement to Montessori Maths Addition activities.
I bought the Maths workbooks from the Popular Bookshop in Singapore www.popular.com.sg. Its website is difficult to navigate. And because it carries such a huge volume of books, it is rather difficult to search their web catalog. The best way is to contact them and enquire by email.
