Easy, Healthy and Tasty Potato Salad



Serves 4

Preparation and Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1. 500g potatoes peeled
2. 1 TBS olive oil
3. Chives chopped
4. Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Boil water, add in potatoes and bring to boil.
2. Off fire immediately and let it stand covered for 15 minutes.
3. Toss with olive oil, chives, salt and pepper.

Additional Information:
This is a healthy and tasty way of eating boiled potatoes that our family loves. You can serve with steak, fish, pretty much anything.
