Recommended daily intake: 1.3mg
  • 0.3mg (0-6 months old)
  • 0.4mg (7-12 months old)
  • 0.5mg (1-3 years old)

  • 0.9mg (9-13 years old)
  • 1-1.3mg (14-18 years old)
