Use automatic electric cooker for cooking soup

It will slow cook the soup so that the soup tastes really sweet and savoury and the meat in the soup tender, compared to cooking soup on stove.

Traditional Chinese-style of double boiling soup is actually still the best. The soup you derive is compared to none. However, it takes a lot of time to do it, and you have to monitor it, thus, this is a good compromise for the Chinese working woman, especially those busy with kids.
