Yogurt with Blueberries
We keep a constant supply of blueberries in the fridge. When we are pressed for time, we will whip up a quick breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients:
1. 1 small bowl of low-fat yogurt
2. A handful of fresh blueberries
Directions:
1. Pour yogurt into a small bowl, sprinkle with fresh blueberries and serve.
