Northern Chinese Stir-fry Lamb/Kinesisk Stegt lammekød/葱爆羊肉 [cōng bào yáng ròu]

From Sandy Zhang Tongxin recipe
Serves 4

Preparation & Cooking time: 20-30 minutes

- Thinly sliced lamb 300g
- 3 big stalk of leeks (the white portion) chopped
- 2 TBS cooking oil
- 1 TBS soya sauce
- 1 chilli chopped (optional)

1. Heat cooking oil in a pan on high heat.

2. Add lamb and stir.

3. Add soya sauce and chilli.

4. Add leeks and stir.

5. Serve
