Mediterranean Dressing/含有地中海风味的酱 [hán yǒu dì zhōng hǎi fēng wèi de jiàng]

Preparation & Cooking time: 10 minutes

- 3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 medium clove garlic, chopped or pressed
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 TBS minced parsley
- 4-5 drops tamari soya sauce

1. Chop or press garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes to bring out their health-promoting properties.
